Data we process
- Quote and contact form: company name, full name, email, phone, industry, location, the details you choose to share and your notes.
- Technical data: IP address, browser information and date/time of the form submission (for security and abuse prevention).
Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to answer your demo and quote requests, to prepare offers, to contact you and to keep the website secure — based on taking steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-c and 5/2-f).
Sharing
Your data is not sold. It may be shared only with service providers supporting our infrastructure (e.g. email delivery, hosting) to the extent necessary, and with authorities when legally required.
Retention
Form data is kept for as long as necessary to evaluate your request and for the statutory periods afterwards, and is then deleted or anonymized.
Cookies
The website uses only the cookies required for it to function (e.g. form security). If analytics or advertising measurement is enabled, the relevant cookies are used for statistics and campaign measurement.
