Where are the servers hosted?
Servers are hosted in data centers in Istanbul and Ankara, Turkey. Your data stays in the country, which also helps with KVKK compliance.
Can I scale resources later?
Yes. CPU, memory and disk can be increased as your needs grow; most changes apply with a short reboot.
How are backups done?
Image-level automatic backups are taken with Veeam; the standard package keeps 7 days of restore points and retention can be extended. Databases are backed up consistently (application-aware).
Is a Windows Server license included?
Windows Server licenses can be provided monthly via the Microsoft SPLA/MSP model; Linux distributions have no license fee.
Do you manage the server for me?
If you wish, yes. With managed service, our team handles monitoring, updates, security patches, backup checks and troubleshooting.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is itemized by CPU cores, memory, NVMe disk, backup storage, network services (firewall, static IP, VPN) and licenses, with monthly or yearly billing. Use the configurator and request a quote.
